Returns & Exchange

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as hats, headwear, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour if available. Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Process

To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at info@graceonconcepts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
